Office Procedures

As with any other place of business, Cameron Chiropractic relys on a set of standard office policies and procedures to ensure the success of the office. Below you will find most of our office procedures. If you have any questions or we can assist you in any way, please contact Cameron Chiropractic at 214-504-9000.

In-Network Provider:

Dr. Larry G. Cameron is an "In-Network" provider for the following insurance plans.

Aetna
BCBS
Cigna
First Health
Medicare
PHCS
United Health Care
and many others.
If you have any questions regarding participation in other health care plans- please call us to verify at (214) 504-9000. For your convenience we will file your claims for you.

Office Hours:

Cameron Chiropractic is available during the following business hours:

Monday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday - 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Office Visits:

We understand that many of our patients have family commitments or long commutes and are unable to schedule an appointment before 5:00pm. Therefore, for your convenience we are offering extended evening hours two nights a week, and Saturday mornings.

We value your time and will do our best to keep with your appointment time. If you find that you can't make your scheduled appointment, please call the office so that our staff doesn’t worry about you.

On Your First Visit:

During your first visit, Dr. Cameron will conduct a complete history and physical. Other tests are occasionally scheduled before treatment begins such as an x-ray, MRI, blood work and lab work. Often the doctor will initiate treatment on the first visit.

Fees and Payments:

If prior financial arrangements have not been made, all fees for chiropractic services are expected to be paid upon the completion of each office visit.

Please rest assured that we make every effort to keep your medical costs down.

Records:

We will send your records upon your written authorization to release records to other doctors as a courtesy to the doctor and you.

Any other reason for request (pertaining to litigation, personal, social security, etc.) will be charged back to you, the patient.

Health Insurance Policy:

As a courtesy to you, the billing office of Cameron Chiropractic will file your insurance claims to the insurance company that you provide.

Your co-pay/payment is due at the time of service.

Referrals from Primary Care Physicians:

Usually you do not need a referral from your primary care physician to visit Cameron Chiropractic.

You also do not need permission from your insurance company to be treated at our facility.

I do not have insurance. What are the fees at Cameron Chiropractic?

Because each patient is treated on a case by case scenario, the fees at Cameron Chiropractic are not the same. Our staff will always discuss the fees with the patient before they are performed. If you need more specific information about particular charges, please call us at 214-504-9000.

Personal Injury Claims:

We are experienced in all that is required, from the diagnostic tests needed, to the forms, reports and legal documents essential to communicate with your insurance adjuster. If there are any services that are not covered by insurance, you will be notified before the services are performed.

If you have been in an auto accident or have experienced personal injury, we may be able to file your claim to the personal injury carrier responsible for your medical bills. Each personal claim is unique, so be sure to ask to speak with our billing department if you have any questions about your personal injury claim.

Prescription Medication:

Chiropractors cannot prescribe medication, but we can identify conditions which may require conventional medical treatment and refer you to a qualified professional.

Patient Forms:

On your first visit to our office, you will be welcomed, greeted with a warm smile, and asked to fill out our required forms.
